Originally an award-winning screenwriter before entering the ad world, Josh has an exceptional track record working with tier one brands including McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, General Mills and TD Bank. As a copywriter and creative director, Josh has received recognition for his work both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining NFA, Josh and Dave were Chief Creative Officers of JWT Toronto.

Mark has a diverse marketing background having worked across multiple disciplines and agencies such as Publicis and BBDO. Mark recently was at Citizen Relations, where he held positions of SVP General Manager of the Toronto office, and EVP North America.

Anika Chabra

Anika Chabra

Business Lead

Anika has been in the industry for almost two decades leading complex, multi-stakeholder accounts at agencies BBDO, The Richards Group, Publicis and Grey. Her work includes building brands for Procter & Gamble, WIRELESSWAVE and The Home Depot, where she worked both client and agency side on strategic business building initiatives and traffic driving retail campaigns.

Linda began her career as an Executive Assistant for Dave Lafond following him from Proximity to Cossette and now NFA. She has become essential here as her role has morphed into Office Management and HR, or anywhere a problem needs to be solved.

Sarah has over 18 years’ experience in strategic brand development, consumer marketing, PR and crisis management with a large number of global brands. Prior to joining NFA, Sarah led a team of 50+ integrated communicators as GM at Citizen Relations, Toronto. Sarah provided counsel for some of Canada’s leading brands including Loblaws, Molson, Tim Hortons, PepsiCo and Netflix.

Beginning his career at Roche Macaulay & Partners and with over 10 years at Leo Burnett, Dave’s received prestigious awards at Cannes, the Effies and the One Show. Prior to joining NFA, Dave and Josh Dave were Chief Creative Officers of JWT Toronto.

David Jowett has more than 25 years of experience as a global media professional. He has run the media operations of major global media agencies for worldwide brands in Europe and North America. He is known for his obsessive commitment towards bringing business value to his clients. His broad exposure to traditional and emerging media allows him to find simple answers to complex business issues.

Todd is your classic adventurer. 25+ years of industry experience in 12 cities throughout North America with agencies like Young & Rubicam and McCann Erickson. He also has a passion for combining the art of Placemaking with digital marketing and has led the charge for some of North America's largest Real Estate Developers and Homebuilders.
